I am watching this video right now and following the instructions on how to do it. I remember I was suffering from a headache since I had my lunch in the afternoon. i can't believe that this works. i just did it in a workshop and it worked. i got stressed out at the end and went to find a tapping video and it worked. damn! i'm so lucky i found something that works.

EFT Tapping is truly powerful, one just has to be consistent in doing it for weeks and months and you yourself will notice the change in your emotions. I'm very grateful for this method and grateful to all people who shared it around the world.
