Up grading my Lynx soon to a lcd high quality screen.
Great vid..

@MeinyansHusband

These should've been on the 3DS Virtual Console during the 3DS's lifetime, i know 3DS is still around but Nintendo rarely supports it these days.

@EdsterIII

Your video was awesome! Subbed ¼ of the way through. Atari may not have been perfect but some of these games were really decent in looks anyway. I can't judge controls since I never played them. 🦇Batman🦇Returns looked really good, the Electrocop looked OK but was a obvious rip-off of Robocop, even the little enemies were tiny little ED-209's lol. The Desert Strike looked good. The Centipede however looked TERRIBLE. Overall I know this system took some bashing, lots of it. The main problem was with the battery🔋🔋🔋🔋life or LACK of life. They drained the power FAST. If you were say going on a long ride or car trip, you better bring a bag full of batteries. I never had a Lynx. I wanted it, but instead I got the Gameboy. It was cheaper, had more accessories and you could play it longer-term on the battery life. Not that my parents knew that. The Gameboy cost less, lots less if I remember correctly, so that's why I got that over the Lynx. Back then I was bummed. The Lynx was in color. You could play it at night or in the dark, IF I remember correctly. Honestly though the Gameboy did turnout to be a better overall buy. But when your a kid and you see bells and whistles and graphics that no one's seen on a handheld device, ideally you wanted it. But again when your 7-14 years old, finances and money aren't your deciding factor. As usual though my Mom was right, LOL, SHE ALWAYS WAS!

@bdubcr

Awesome work Joshhny!

@Stillxxen

@gamingcollection2898

thnx for this vedio :)

@leighdappa

❗So which model did you have?

The Atari: Lynx 1 or the Atari: Lynx 2?

@NSG_UK

I've still got 2 Atari lynxs with 30 games. Still Awesome but a charger is a must purchase.

@johanneskrohn3336

Thanks for the vid. Cool channel. I never had an Atari Lynx, but from what I see, I really like the look of the graphics. Sound seems shitty, though. But what was the killer app for the system? Most games appear to be cheap, slow and boring. Raiden looked good, Lemmings, too and Road Riot. What could have been the best game, Eye of the Beholder, is one of the uglier ports. Interesting system nonetheless.

@godmyall5419

make a vídeo of Wii u games joshnny assaski 😔

@godmyall5419

@Антон-я5э4с

@GustafStechmann

Pls fix chapter markers

@dancero643

Why does the image look so pixelated, was the console really that way? it is awful

@johneygd

I like atari lynx games for what they are, however, most games are to me known as unfriendly,unexplainetory,difficuilt and boring, along with repeating boring music or no music at all, or a cheap ass boring ending,games such as hydra,batman,bill & teds adventure,blue lightning etc,,,
Not that they are bad no, they are amezing but in terms of gameplay i personaly i got enough after playing for 5 minutes.

But still the lynx along with those games are graphically mind blowing.

@leighdappa

❗BLOODY HELL, this was a TERRIBLE Handheld.

NO WONDER it was beaten by 'GameBoy' and even 'Game Gear'.

Despite being able to get ROMs for Free, I still can't find enough games to want to play...

@melisunnymellchris79

Lynx was never a good Platform... Compare with other 16bit-Consoles like Genesis/Sega Megadrive or SNES - it can't mess with them... Ok, it's a Handheld - but the Grafics and Sounds are relative worst... Nostalgic!!!
