PRO TIP: if you need to go afk but do not have the high end apartment, you can call a taxi, sit on the “choose destination” screen and that guy will stare at you all night lol

I think some good ideas for new businesses to be added are 1, finishing up that big construction building next to Maze Bank. I think they could do something cool with that. 2, be ableing to buy Fast Food Restaurants and turning them into a front for drugs. Kind of like Gus from Breaking Bad. 3, Buying the Movie Studio or Movie Theaters. Could bring back Michael and have missions where we help him run the place.

Honestly, as a rank 91 who doesnt like cayo and doesnt like grinding much , my Day-To-Day grind is 1. Buy supplies for bunker and acid 2. Do the vip contract 3. Sell bunker and acid 4. Collect nightclub safe 5. Repeat or Union contract if on the autoshop board Ez 2.5m per day

This money loop has made me tons of cash. Spawn in arcade, use basement computer to send supplies to bunker and top up NC using DJ switch method. - On the way to warehouse call mutt for supplies (acid lab) - rip to all 5 warehouses and send workers for crates - send out bail bond agents - Salvage yard 1 car - Fix the 2 cars at my auto shop and have the workers deliver - Salvage 2nd car (You can do the 2 in one go if you want, I like moving around) - collect safes through app (if you have gta +) or go for the ride. That’s my daily starting routine lately and it’s been great. After I do that I do what I feel. Heist, hsw weekly and by that point something needs to be delivered. Rinse and repeat. I’m a Bajillionaire and own everything I think I can lol. Have fun and do it your way but there’s obviously businesses you will profit from more than others as mentioned in the video. Warehouses sold at max are an awesome amount of cash.

10:53 One thing not mentioned about the nightclub is you need other businesses in order for it to work. Those being all 5 of the MC business(Maybe minus document forgery that one is not good), a bunker, and either a crate warehouse or a hanger. This being the case, a nightclub is not beginner friendly in anyway. This isn’t me saying don’t buy it and it’s not worth it. It’s worth, you’ll just have to work up to everything mentioned for accruing warehouse goods. It’s a late game passive business that’ll just add onto all the ways to make money. There’s more in-depth guides on it I’d highly recommend looking up before wasting 3+ million to purchase something you can’t make the money back with

Also, the Macenzie Hangar titan job pays around 7-800k, and it takes maybe 45 mins to complete. It can be ran solo and quite a few times a day.

For me is the acid lab, nightclub, Kosatka, and Agency i use both passive businesses and the agency i do the missions first then preps for cayo perico and after doing the cayo perico heist i go back to the agency and do thje vip contracts again so its a loop everytime i do the heist

Should’ve mentioned the hangar, being able to store and modify aircraft is a huge benefit for any player, and also the business tied to it is very simple and never gets raided. You can make up to 2 mil with a full stock of the first three cargo type. Most people will fill theirs up and wait for a double money like we had two weeks ago, I think.
