THATS SO RELATABLE๐๐๐๐
After each time like that, I tried to find a way to save my arm as quickly as possible ๐
โจ โจ If youre wondering WHY this happens, it is nerve compression. (Not always lack of blood flow.) When sleeping on your side, your arm falling asleep is often due to nerve compression caused by your sleeping position. This is why your arm is limp. However! The pressure from your body weight on the arm CAN restrict blood flow and put pressure on nerves, which is what leads to that "pins and needles" sensation. โจ Youre welcome ๐ โจ
For anyone wondering why this happens, when you lay on your arm you kinda cut of the blood from flowing, so as soon as you release your arm all the blood tryโs to flood back at once. โจYour welcomeโจ
So pretty!

It is when your arm is numb. It never happens to my arm only my leg and foot after a long day and weโre driving home at night. When I wake up it feels numb and u canโt feel it unless you scratch it. But DONT scratch or youโre going to feel crucial pain!
THAT'S RELIABLE TO ME HAHHAHAAHA๐๐๐๐๐
No one has explained that feeling better than you why is it so accurate ๐๐ญ
