@heatherflorence124

i’m about to start a full time job with a crazy commute and i KNOW i’ll need a watertight routine to continue growing!! looking forward to watching <3

@kasiowelove1

Oh yes for the forgiveness! It’s sooo important not to forget it. We tend to go so hard on ourselves and beat ourselves up for not sticking to our plans that we forget about the ultimate goals we have - to be happy and healthy humans :) Thank you for another great video Faye!

@Zahraa3o3

The camera, editing, the clear voice I feel like it's the best content out there I really appreciate how hard you work Faye to put this great content 🩷🩷🫀💋

My advice to achieving your dream life
1. Set a goal
How would I feel about it?
2. Don't tell people about your goals
Imagine what the outcome would look like? Visualize.
3. Remove distraction - have a list of things that distract you, a List of people that don't make you feel good, and a list of energy drainers and energy accelerators, take your journal and ask yourself - when do I get distracted and if I am being honest with myself, what do I feel right before I cave into distraction?
4. Find mentors, people who can help you. Surround yourself with people like that online - follow such people, read more, listen to podcasts, etc.
5. Be careful with your time. You can break down your goals into tasks to get closer to your goals.
6. Ask yourself this - what is the highest and best use of my time right now?
7. Create a daily routine. wake up and say - today's gonna be a great day and take your journal and write why it is going to be a great day, your intention and your whole day plan.
- Have a simple gratitude list at the end of the day.
- Listen to a visualization meditation and imagine your life.
- Read!!!, a good book i would recommed for future enterpenuers is "Girl Boss Hustle: Earn 10k From Home", and a good book to get a sharp mind "winner effect" (these 2 did wonders for me)
8. Have a life audit once a week or daily recall.
9. Switch up your environment(if you aren't living life as you want to be).
10. Set milestones and celebrate yourself.

@sayvanity

1. 0:45 HABIT LOOPS - cue - craving - reaponse - reward! all habits need to be connected in a chain of events - never view habits in isolation

2. 3:10 focus on habits that matter to you - dont do everything all at once and then overwhelm yourself

3. 4:04 accept all routines are doomed to fail - stuff happens, accept that building memories sometimes interrupts your routine - just pick up from where you left!

@WhamBamUrWelcome

Just the message I needed to hear today, thank you! Why do we naturally beat ourselves up over "falling off", instead of being proud for going as long as we did? This is such a great mindset shift! 🙏🏻

@fatmasaud396

Watching your channel since last year. And today only i took 12 hrs study challenge for a week and was watching some of your study tips videos and this popped up at right time. Keep going faye and please never give up.
