Putting $2m of $3m winnings into a house sounds risky. Like will they have enough for property taxes, maintenance, etc?!

@antonioduverge3558

I would never put 2 million dollars on a house if I just got 3, that’s crazy!

@NadiaAli-x8m

If I saw the first house, I wouldn’t wanna see anything else

@valynteena

The 1st home was perfect. The curb appeal was really beautiful. The stonework feature of the outside and the cabin feel of the garage doors were nice. On the inside, it didn't look like the typical cookie-cutter homes you see, with beautiful dark wood floors, great fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom and the house is right on the water. A pool is something to be easily added because it was the cheapest out of the 3 homes.

Me and my girlfriend watched this show everyday during covid

He has convinced his subconscious that he loves winning and it happens! That's how to do it ~ good for him ❗🏆So happy for them.

@johnchang3807

At least he converted the winnings to appreciative assets instead of sunk items eg. Cars , wanting items etc .

@drewconway7135

I liked house #1 the best… if it had been on a different lot. Way too close to the riverbank. One good flood and you’re done for

@heyheyyouyouidontlike

I love how he asks how their preferences have changed after seeing the first few houses. He seems to be actually trying to fit the house to the buyers. The relators on House Hunters seem to do the opposite. And the houses are always over budget

@anna-taniatransylove5762

the countertop, in the kitchen of the second house , is out of this world 🙂the third house is my favorite of the 3 houses.

I respect this guy as a hustler I don't think he would buy irresponsibly, I'm sure he has a plan

@johnreinburg859

I am determined that I will win the Powerball or the Mega Million Lottery!

@rikondjamarenga8084

David will showing me my first house… I manifest 😂 winning the next powerball 🤞🏾

@louisemckinney2598

All three homes were beautiful. I’m a native Detroiter who has spent many hours on the Detroit River. A water view brings so much peace to my soul. That first house took my breath away.

@YahYeshua888

I won the euromillions jackpot a few years back, I brought a bigger house but I had a very comfortable amount left over. Theres no way I'd be putting down 2 million on a house if I won 3 though

@HotHundredinTennCash3Wins

This was such a fun and heartwarming journey to watch! Seeing the excitement of winning the lottery multiple times and then getting to pick the perfect dream home was so satisfying. I especially loved how you balanced practical needs with dream features—like that stunning pool and massive kitchen island. It was great to see how much thought went into choosing the right home, and Rivendale Road really does seem like the perfect blend of everything you both wanted. Thanks for sharing this incredible experience!

@wendyeskelin8765

I wasn't super thrilled with any of them for that price. They all had draw backs. I liked house #1 due to the water view. You can't beat a water view and there's only so much waterfront property. Draw back, busy road and a several story building just a few houses away. #2 was disappointing all around. #3 had THE best kitchen, nice house, nice pool, but really squeezed in. With that budget I would have kept looking for different waterfront options.
