@throtl

What car or truck should we build next?

@remembermorrison

Intercooler and downpipe would have been a much better performance gain for the money versus a cat back.

@stanislawcadenas4025

Quinn: Loosens a single bolt.

Ricky: woooooooooooooooo!!! Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! That is awesome!!!! Wooooohooooo!!!!

@call-me-turbo-9062

These guys are making entire builds for 1 YouTube video

@A2xS0

The downpipe and intercooler on these are a must along with 1 step colder plugs. With those an intake and tune your u can run upwards of 30 lbs of boost easily. I am also going off of info from the first gen Eco's the intercooler may be bigger than it used to be.

@searchBLOC941

At 11:20 Ricky's accent had me questioning the editors "beep" abilities 😂

@FlyOFlamingo

You guys should make a video or a series on how you pick parts; I think that would be helpful for those wanting to pick parts for mods on their own projects and a fun watch

@blitzyclipss

Finally a big name Ecoboost build! I love mine (FBO 10r80)

@RunningSolo

This was so fun ... who wants to see part 2 !!😅

@baoquoc3710

the 3.7 V6 S550 examples are also worth checking out, especially as they're NA Motors and it can make really good sounds with a catback mods

@nickadkins7765

This is a great example of choosing the right parts for your build! E blend, downpipe, IC, and more boost probably would've got you similar results without popping the motor

@Deathriderx694

I wanna see them build a modern version of Ironhide from Michael Bays transformers. He's a gmc topkick c4500

@seanfig03

I like that you built a car that a lot of people have. Bigger turbo next?

@keno3k363

YESSSSS FINALLY 😊😊😊 you know how long I’ve waited for yall to make this video

@CARBONCINEMATIC

Likely bent a rod. Stock block/internals on the 2.3 can't handle much more than 400hp, 450 tops. With the 175 shot it was probably making over 500hp.

If Quinn wants to build it to make that much power, the recipe is pretty simple. 2.0 block (from a Fusion, Focus, etc) with the 2.3 head. Upgraded rods/pistons. Can reuse stock crankshaft and head (if they aren't damaged). That'll handle 500hp no problem.

Ecoboost is a great platform though, especially if you aren't chasing big power. The 50/50 weight balance is hard to beat. Mine is a time attack build and a daily driver and it's great at both.

@artvandellay

8:46 nothing HP wise will change until you get high flow cats and headers

@Jelani24

I’m new to the car community so watching u guys helps me learn a lot Ty Ty 💪

@bigswoll61

That screen is going to start flashing, "Danger to Manifold"

@SuppAmiigg

I’m so happy you guys pushed it till you broke it, that’s how real progress is made best episode 🤩🤩🤩

@Volcom0Pr

@Ricky “We need MORE NITROUS!!!” “Are we getting 7.9 or are we getting a new engine” 🤣 💀
