There is nothing better than driving on a hot evening with the top down. The air rushes around you and the stars "illuminate" the way home . You feel as if you are travelling through time and space in your MG rocket ship. I have an MGB and an E Type and recently bought a very well restored 1951 MG TD . I am now 70 yo and have fond memories of night drives with just the tacko and speedo keeping me company. The panel dimmer knob doesnt work so well though.
