It's nice that Jack's at a point financially where he doesn't care about the video not making money from being striked, but he cares about it being blocked in countries so his subscribers can't see the videos.

As a 3D artist/game dev, the thing that impressed me the most was the fact that the river water washed sand off from the waist down in the river.... the attention to detail is phenomenal

Norman Reedus is a really nice guy. I’ve met him quite a few times and he’s always remembered me. He’s a bit quirky, likes strange things, but he’s just down to earth, friendly, and quiet. He likes hugs, fist bumps and unique art pieces. So if you make him something, he puts it in his “Reedus shrine.”

Fun fact At 29:10 if you choose "I won't do it", the ENTIRE cutscene starting with Sam cleaning his pan will repeat until you reach the same choice again. If you again choose to not do it, it repeats again, except you can only choose to accept.

Good grief, that might be the best representation of a baby in a video game I've ever seen! Absolutely NAILED that wide-eyed wonder they have. This franchise has always had amazing facial animation, and they somehow still managed to elevate it.

I absolutely love how norman takes a frying pan instead of the gun after looking at his child. Shows so much about how he wants to be a good father.

I won’t lie, I got emotional seeing how Lou has grown. She went from this tiny, wrinkly baby carried around in a jar, to having chubby cheeks and hair while being carried around in a normal baby carrier. It made all the feelings from watching Jack play the first game 6 years ago come flooding back, and really solidified that Lou is Sam’s daughter now

i dont know if anyone saw but the score changes dynamically based on the path you take in this game! Woodkid worked with them to make it all come together, notice how at the start the drums phase out when he veers off the peaks of the rock formations, and start rolling again when he's on the move up on top of them!

i like how....because of the dead stranding some of the knowledge of the old world's personal interactions have disapeared. so now handshake and high fives are gone. but because "thumbs ups" are saved as likes in the archives of our chats and social media apps now everyone refers the action of giving a thumbs up to..."giving a like" it's new speak basically
