@heirsoleil

“I try not to concern myself with the karma of others.” Growing up in the South especially, being in other people’s business is a cultural pastime that I don’t feel comfortable with, but try not to judge or bring the vibe down around. I love that wording.

@moonbread2334

Refusing people's offers (bc you're worried about burdening them) = cutting off a cycle of reciprocation that could happen!! Ahh wow that's such a good way of putting it. I needed to hear that.

@zsrillanka

"You are intense"- my bf said recently. My first reaction was weird, like whaaat...Then after a while I thought for myself, well, FINALLY! I am not making myself small for others anymore, I express myself more and more, share my joy of being alive, I try to make the most out of my days in a playful way...so yeah, i am intense and proud of it:) also...Hitomi, your voice is not "little", not a chance! Your videos help so many human beings «3

@gabsasusual

Everytime I watch one of these videos I think to myself “Is she aware that she’s saving lives?” bc she saved mine.

@wubwzrd

"Make being yourself a revolution." 🌿

@alicia10387

Ugh love the way she thinks already a minute in and I resonate with the reframe of instead of saying “I wish that could be me.” To “I’d love to try that some day.” Which is so much lighter and freeing! I’d even add “I’d like to know more about how this person did this or that.” Seeing each other as teammates rather than competitors.

@kaylanrosa

Your last point really brought me back to the book Braiding Sweetgrass. I so often find that beautiful current of reciprocity in my travels. It’s beautiful to receive blessings and then be the blessing back in new ways.

@1artist4u2b

Hitomi your words means art and your art mean the world to me

@sanjanaa5195

her voice makes me feel so good. I'm so grateful to exist in the world where she does.

@juliannascott4705

Your videos remind me of how capable I am, especially while the world is so turbulent. We can positively affect those around us more than we know!

@deanzaherrera2256

“Nothing that you are could ever be wrong”

@featherhead181

Girl, you really always remind me to be my best self and to be more compassionate with myself. I’m so happy and grateful we coexist on the same timeline ❤

@Momocreme

The videos lately have been slaying Hitomi🫶🏼

@Createyour_great

I identify so much with the example you gave of a friend giving a cup of water, I really was like that before, never letting anyone help me with anything. But I am not like that anymore and I feel so much freer, I am excited to feel even more open and free in this world. Thank you so much for this insight and little conversation about confidence <333

@flamingomingo9810

I love that point you made about sensuality and things such as being aware of how the sunlight hits you/ bodily movements. I’ve been struggling with this the past few months because my walls have come down more and I’ve been worried that they are threatening to myself and others (but mainly others). Just taking that in and accepting that you will have to go through a phase of discomfort and “revolution” because this sensitivity is so intertwined with the western view of sexuality, aside from the fact that it brings all intentions into the light, has been so liberating to get past.

@fionapolgari48

Hitomi, I love your videos so much!! They always give me a sense of peace, break me out of the negative cycles in my mind, and ground me in the present. I love what you said about saying "yes" to experiences more. I definitely notice that when I'm stressed and anxious, I tend to avoid meeting new people and doing new things "until I get my life sorted out," even though it would probably help me to do just that if I said yes, rather than continuing to be stuck in that negative space. To anyone reading this, we're all in it together, dealing with our own challenges, so don't be too harsh with yourself, and remember that taking up space is okay and allowed. Asking for help is allowed. You can lean on other people because people WANT to be leaned on! Much love xx

@broketraveluster6515

I’m definitely a “I’ll get it myself “ or “do it myself “ kind of person and I never thought of it from your perspective!

@sle4108

hi Hitomi, I just wanted to say that this video was exactly what I needed to hear. The fact that it hardly touched on romantic love, but rather, loving yourself as whole and loving the idiosyncratic beauty of life. I have recently been getting more in touch with myself and I’ve noticed myself glowing differently. So many beautiful opportunities have presented themselves to me. Every interaction has something meaningful to take away from it. Thank you for this beautiful video! I feel very encouraged and excited to take on life as it comes to me. Blessings from over here x

@elisanapoletano

Safe place, ethereal good vibes as always Hitomi x

@Mr.MasonCat
