I can’t wait to see this in the anime his reaction is gonna be priceless. Probably better than when Maomao was “taking a good hard look” to see if he was worthy of her sister. Then Jinshi walked in on them for the perfect reaction. He’s probably gonna look at that moment differently. He was being inspected by the Grand Commandant  daughter and was interrupted by the Moon Prince. Who also offered him a ton of $ like it was pocket change.

Lihaku was soooo annoyed with Maomao when she took the hair stick thing seriously, but it ultimately works out in his favor, because their friendship is super beneficial for him, and it’s how he met Pairin. Maomao noticed how great and hard working Lihaku was, and even if she won’t use her birthright, it ultimately doesn’t matter, because she DOES help the people she befriends and the people she sees as worthy. Basically, Lihaku is very very lucky.
