Hi. I am doing something similar. But in my websocket DAT. There are actually 2 values. One for x and y. How could I seperate both and convert to numerical. They are currently 1 string value.

I'm checking the console log on Heroku and the pong is being received (or sent) as hexadecial generating the error malformed message <Buffer 70 6f 6e 67> , do you believe that the problem is in TD or in node.js?

hi there... great tutorial.... i have following problem: i implemented everything like you described, and then when I tested sending slider messages to websocket king, it worked... but then I made a pause for dinner, came back after say an hour , and sending messages to websocket king and even textport in TD is not wokring at all... I didnt change nothing when I left it when it was working... I recreate everything from scratch, it worked... I made a pause. came back - not working... any idea why this is happening? I tried of course restarting Touchdesigner, reconnecting websocketking etc - nope
