Great video. That setup is very impressive but the main thing I noticed was how clean everything was and how light the buildings are.

@alysland4340

I really like these educational videos. Its great to see how other countries do farming. The tech is so fab; this from an old school dairy girl. Farming sure has come a long way

@daschc01

the cleanest cows I've seen

@DrClumber

Amazing to see, going from feeding 2 hours a day to 15 minutes is such an efficiency, insane. Oh and as a Dutchman, no swearing and all translated correctly :)

@jeremy1350

Hi Papa Tom. See: Tenth Generation Dairyman. They've been running the new Robot Feeding System for a few months now. They built three silos, and have the whole automated system they built from the ground up. Located in Pennsylvania. (we've named them Rosie and Evie)

@sallyentwistle61

Fantastic video Tom! I was blown away, and found it really interesting.

Lots of foundation ideas for you to lay, for when you get to that point….

Be the leader in this country Tom, you’ve got this πŸ’₯

@mclucky7086

I'm looking for a new house to buy at the moment. This farm is so much cleaner many of them for sale. A great credit to the farmer and his system. These cows are spotless and in very good condition.

@stevewareing8525

Wow Tom, that was a seriously impressive dairy set up. Had to smile though when you mentioned "See Dad" when they talked about adding a little water to bind the minerals to the feed. πŸ‘. Robots are great when they work like that but you still need the old school skills should something go wrong which is probably why the farmer hasn't got rid of his feeder trailer yet. πŸ€”.

@jtrvijverbouwwijchen

The farmer his name isnt France :-) his name is Frans πŸ™‚ :hand-pink-waving: i am a dutchie and have been last year in the UK and on your farm / shop πŸ™‚

@killman369547

I love that the robot is controlled by a game controller. And fair play to them, that will make it easy to train someone how to use it since they'll have a control interface they're already familiar with.

@itscorgi_4761

The farm you visited with the robot is a farm where we deliver food for their pigs!

I need this automated system for our sheep operation

@Christopher-s-Mother

The first thing that amazed me was how clean everything was...and so light and airy...also the cows don't seem that bothered...mind you they have known no other life...I'd bet 'Father' is going to mad if Tom mentions putting water in the feed...now let's see what the next jaunt will bring...good one Tom...πŸ˜ƒπŸŒ

@MareksAtTheFarm

This is the best video out there about feeding robot! We are in the process of building a new farm and are considering adding an automatic feeding system. It would be so much less work.

@pedromorgan99

cows are happy and clean and dry

@irvenrathburn9421

Great video Tom, thanks for showing us around.

@kari8187

The water channels in the field are the water source for cows and horses , very rare to need to fill a trough

@KuroSanArts

That was actually a lot less money than I was expecting it to be!

@robfishpond3026

I love seeing this technology.
It is so interesting.
Excellent video Tom

@HootMaRoot

This has to be one of the most advanced automated feeding systems I have seen on youtube. But it is only the 3rd one I have seen, firsr one I seen was a lot more mechanical and only fed out twice a day basically replacing humans in the job but taking just as long. It's amazing how much more advanced these systems get in a very short time period
