There is a difference between having fat and being overweight. If you are overweight or underweight and unhealthy, acceptance (moving on from the problem you've recognised rather than trying to better yourself to fix the problem) is not the best idea. If you want a happy and healthy life, look after your health. In a case like this, the woman in the video is healthy, but exercise is always good for everyone (underweight or overweight or healthy). Everyone deserves respect and love and part of loving yourself and your amazing body is by treating it well.

 "So many people don't know how good their bodies are meant to feel."

@emi-eg9bu

I still wanna get rid of the fat tho šŸ’€

@Sarajevo71000

Yea. I love myself and still want to lose that damn belly fat. There’s nothing wrong with that either.

@hannahwhitney6543

As someone who is in recovery from anorexia and bulimia, I love this! I was dying from trying to be thin. I’d rather have a little fat than live that life any day. We are allowed to love ourselves! This isn’t fat promotion but celebrating that bodies are naturally imperfect! And that’s beautiful

@Todoroni72

The fact that i look EXACTLY like you...
This made me feel a bit better about my body

@maddyG7414

Clearly everyone has missed the point. This is meant for a specific audience: people who aren’t overweight but feel pressured to lose weight to feel ok with themselves. You do not need a flat, perfectly toned stomach or a fitness influencer physique to be healthy long term, and there’s no point stressing about it if you’re doing the right things like exercising and eating well. If you do want to change your body then go ahead, but some people might need this message.

@sarah-louisesnodin6014

You made me smile this morning. Thank you. Xā¤šŸ˜‚ #youarestunning

@Trozzo

She's not fat, this is a healthy human body

@eminekomimi44

How, just how are people calling her overweight? This is the first normal human body I've seen on social media in a while.

@Gigi-ej6he

I'm obese and I hate seeing things like this because we all know that we better off being slimmer and healthy

@melx2x

Why are ppl getting mad at her šŸ™„shes not obese and having a little bit of fat is perfectly normal and even healthy esp for woman. This lady is nowhere near fat or obese. She is not promoting anything bad, she’s just against those thin standards that are unhealthy

@dianamollo8156

Thank you so muchā¤ i needed those word today so much😢

@saffiyahh2559

I think the point she is making is don't let it frustrate you .ā¤ do what you have to do but just be happy.

@POTATOES-LIFES

Who just left Clara Dao and finding another body positive channel

@maryangier2773

I’m thin and fit and active with a lil bit of a belly. My bf loves it and makes me feel more confident/comfortable šŸ„¹ā¤

@aiyeshashaikh4272

Being healthy and happy is all that matters

@gearsofbaird3529

She's actually at a really healthy weight

@michaelbauer1289

All perfect! love it, very nice

@avacherubin4749

This is a nice way of showing people how to be confident about their bodies no matter what they look like. Thanks for the video. ā¤

@missmiki4494

These comments fr not passing, y'all bullied her into turning comments off like tf?
I didn't get yanked out of my ed by being told "eat more" or "fat is good" it was stuff like "yeah, yk, fuck societys stupid standards" and now realizing y'all would target me saying this shit if I said it?
Bffr, can't believe I almost died for this bull, can't please no one these days
