AHH! Finally a cool down routine to follow post-workout :) Please give this video a THUMBS UP to save it for your next cool down and stretch!

@kaylynnekohlhaas1556

I am just a kid but I am severely overweight for a 12 year old, 250 pounds to be exact. I just did one of your beginner workouts and it took me to the cool down so I did it. Today is day 1 of my journey. Stay positive and don’t forget to love yourself, even on your worst days

@Lilabsolue

OMG today I have done a warm up routine, a full practice of 40 min, a 10min booty session and a cool down practice! I feel that it is so balanced, and I,m so proud!

@kendallelliott7127

I sweat EVERY time I do your workouts. I'm SO thankful for these and that I can access them for free. You and your smile are the best. Thanks girl!πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™

@superawesomeangel7531

I did this today after my workouts. Girl that last stretch popped 4 bones in my back. GIRL YOUR THE BOMB!!πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽πŸ’ͺ🏽

@odessaruiz5456

You have really helped me with consistency! I love doing your videos and they never feel like a chore. I work virtually and when I have a free slot I always pop on your videos and get a quick workout in at my desk. Also, I love that you smile through the videos. Reminds me to choose happy. Thank you!!!

@memi003

Leaving my mark here, doing 10 mins strech, 20 mins beginner workout and this cool down, this is the most enjoyable tutorial i've ever followed. I'm at 92 kg and this was my second day workout with you, and i already feel easier to move and follow it than yesterday. I'll update my progress in a month, thanks gurl πŸ’…

@Jiinxx10

This is literally the first cool down I've done that doesn't feel like a workout within itself. I'm always out of breath when doing other people's cool downs which doesn't help me cool down at all lol. Thank you for this one!

@Taliah_Alza1321

When the stretches make you sweat more than your 30 min workout πŸ˜‚

@NehaW

I’m such a beginner that my heart started racing doing the cooldown πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ
Anyhoo loving the workouts so far. ❀

@ruthiesolares9251

I’m used to really heavy and tough workouts but with my injuries I’ve had to tone it down but feel like most are just not challenging enough or the exercise aggravates my injuries. With your workout I was like okay let’s see if it makes me sweat and see how close to 600 calories I can get to! Lol girl I was soaked! Drenched in sweat - I felt great and could feel the burn where I needed to feel it without aggravating my injuries and I burned over 400 calories! Ty! I definitely subscribed - keep up the great content! πŸ‘πŸΌ

My body was so sore from doing your arm and 60 min workout yesterday. I decided to do this stretch recovery and I feel so much better. My body doesn't hurt as much and I feel my joints free. Thank you so much for this channel, you rock.

@chubbyjetski

I just did my first enjoyable workout in probably 15 years. I have 2 kids and pregnancy desteoyed my body. I gained 100 lbs throughout both and im ready for a change. This comment is to hold myself accountable after day 1 on my journey.

@patriciatruelove9421

2025 here! Just started doing your workouts and cool down! 😍❀️ Wish me luck! Let's go everyone we got this! πŸ’ͺ

@katerinasand678

Before doing this stretch I've completed Tabata 30mins Abs workput and so glad the stretch video popped up right there! So well thought through! Thank you Jo (and team) <3

@servantrose

perfect. after workout, helped me not be sore. loved that there's no talking in this one either, like let's my mind recover too.

@asmayusuf9239

Just one more comment. I graduated from PT and find the dynamic stretching to be really helpful. Each part gets a little bit of love without stressing the area being worked or over stretching. I have some areas of hyper mobility so this is another plus in my book. 😘

@thunter3236

This cool down is like a workout within itself and I love it. Its helping me to realize my body is more flexible than I thought!

@iammrfoydoo

This last song sounds like he’s saying 🎢 this salad is for me he he , not you 🎢🀣, I’m sure that’s not right but I can’t stop hearing it.

@rebeccaelliott9770

Jo just to say I really appreciate the summary text you put below your video titles. I love understanding the purpose and benefit of your workouts better so the more detail the better! Thank you
