In my early years, my parents possessed a treasure trove of cassettes and VHS tapes, a mysterious vault housing films, music, and video games. It was within this hyper-imaginative realm that my relationship with music first blossomed.

During the second phase in the 1980s, the infusion of potent rhythms and rock instrumentation added warmth and catchiness to the music. Synthesizers made their entrance, and the lyrics took on a more optimistic tone, delving into themes of romance, escapism, and the yearning for emancipation. "VHS 1980" is a multifaceted composition that pays homage to this glorious era.
