Full Spectrum Light For Birds

Just hanging out with my birds. Put the full spectrum bulb in again, seems to work great on the setup I already have.
I ordered the bulb online last yr; there's diff sites that sell only the bulbs, or full light and lamps. Full spectrum light (sunlight) is essential for humans and pets. Please look into the benefits of it. I believe the strength of the bulbs for pets is quite lower.
Just to note: Bowie has been saying something new when the budgies aren't on their playgym. He says "Hi Bee" (while looking at their playgym from his). Then he says "what are they doing?"
