Mystery of the Strange Washing Machine Sound (Nuggets of Life)

For this video on Nuggets of Life, I turn my attention to a strange, loud rattling sound coming from our washing machine. My first thought was that the bearing is broken but hey, it is still a relatively new machine! Called the customer service and given this little step to try, which completely resolved the issue.

Life is such, some solutions are much simpler than what you imagine and you need not look far.
