BUILD BELOW:

Build is definitely not optimal, it was made before layer 2 so it had 25 med for aerial stab, so its immediately kinda bad.

Its also sorta a glass cannon so it has like 420 hp.

Stats that you would want for a similar build:
80 or 100 shadow
80 or 100 frostdraw
(get 100 for whichever hero blade you're using, 80 for the secondary element
25 strength (harsh response, duelist dance)
40 fortitude (exo)
at least 20 agility (orbital ice)
40 charisma (tough love, golden tongue)
20 willpower (black diver)
dump the rest into whatever you want, if you need extra stat points for talents, deduct from shadow.

Mantra mods (obviously get neuroplasticity):
Shadow gun: 3 stratus, 3 perfect, 2 vibrants (blue gem)
Rising shadow: 3 rush, 3 drift (blue gem)
ice forge: 3 rush

Bells: whatever the hell you want, but i have reaper

I have the sightless path for shadow instead of singularity, because I like kill people's eyesight
you can probably also go crystal path on ice and get the crystal mantras if you like being toxic
