Hello, my name is Tiffany,
and I am a woman & child of GOD first and foremost as well as a wife, busy working mom of 2, entrepreneur, caretaker and veteran so I know how valuable our time & health is!
In this video I show you some things you need to stop doing to make some real progress on your weight loss journey. Some of these I had to learn the hard way myself, and honestly still struggle with today, but when I was trying to lose weight, they made ALL the difference. Even better, they have allowed me to sustain my weight loss without feeling deprived, hungry all the time or even do the tedious task of counting my calories every single day!
Know that following a whole-foods, plant-based diet doesn't have to be complicated. It takes a little preparation and setting yourself up for success. If our food is literally the fuel that we provide for our bodies to operate properly and efficiently, it may benefit us to do our best to fuel it in the best way we know how anyway!
