Troubleshooting and Fixing a Dell Optiplex I bought for $35 that Doesn't POST!

Hello guys and welcome to my video. In today’s video, I’ll be fixing this Optiplex 7020 SFF that I bought on eBay for about 35 dollars in total. I’ll also be trying a bit of a new style for this kind of “Fix it” video with mainly live audio as compared to voiceover.
