Community and Covid 19: Maintaining Connection is Essential

Covid-19 has led to many changes. perhaps the biggest impact is upon us as social beings. We are creatures who live and work in herds. Much of our strength and resilience comes from our connections.
But we now need to maintain physical distance from one another, we no longer shake hands, hug or kiss and increasingly we need to wear masks. How do we maintain contact during these times of change?
