5 tips to BURN FAT, even with NO EXERCISE!!!

Hello, my name is Tiffany Carter and I am a woman & child of GOD first and foremost as well as a wife, busy full-time working mom of 2, and entrepreneur, so I know how valuable our time is!

In this short video I discuss what are my 5 best tips to burning fat even without exercise! Please don't get me wrong, those who have seen my video's before know that I am a big advocate of exercise! I believe not only is it good for your body but your mind, spirit and all around well-being, which in my opinion has never been more important than it is right now!
If these tips can work even without exercise, imagine how much better results you can get WITH exercise...just saying!!!

But if you are someone just starting out and want to be able to get a jump-start on weight-loss or burning fat while you get acclimated to the idea of working out or maybe for some reason you are not able to work-out as you would like, these tips will surely help you along your way or get you started in your weight-loss or fat burning journey!

I am NOT a personal trainer or nutritionist of any sort! I would consider myself more of a health coach / cheerleader!! I like to look at things from a more holistic point of view because when it comes to our health it ALL matters!

I have been working out from home for years and have learned many things along the way that has worked for me and keeps me motivated to stick with it (although I have my days when it's really tough as much as anyone else).

I do my best to share all that I have learned in the hopes of helping someone reach their weight / health goals or simply look and/or feel better. I believe it is about our mind & spirits as well as our bodies from the inside out.
